ORDINANCE NO. 2442
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 2428
AND ORDINANCE NO. 2429
i
WHEREAS, the legal description contained in SECTION ONE of Ordinance No. 24~8
and Ordinance No. 2429 was too broad and indefinite to accurately describe cert
tain property located on Map 10 (A)-S of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of I
Mount Prospect, as amended; and i
WHEREAS, the specific property to be rezoned is nevertheless contained within
that property actually described in the aforesaid SECTION ONE of Ordinance No ~
2428 and Ordinance No. 2429; and ~
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees have corrected the legal
tions by the passage of Ordinance No. 2440 and Ordinance No. 2441;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:

SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 2428 and Ordinance No. 2429, both passed i
and approved on the fifth day of June, 1973, be and the same are hereby re- ~
pealed. I
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
