ORDINANCE NO. 2425
TAX ABA.'l'EMENT ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That the County Clerk of Cook County,
Illinois, be and he is hereby authorized and directed to abate that
portion of the taxes to be levied for the year 1972 for the Village
of Mount Prospect that would be extended for Corporate General
Obligation Note purposes, including the principal and interest
thereof.
SECTION TWO: That this ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
SECTION THREE: That a certified copy of this ordinance
shall be filed forthwith with the County Clerk of Cook County,
Illinois, by the Village Clerk.
