ORDINANCE NO. 2437
AN ORDINANCE CREATING ONE ADDITIONAL
CLASS B LIQUOR LICENSE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 13.107 of the Municipal Code of Mount Prospect
of 1957, as amended, be and the same is further amended to provide for
one (1) additional Class B liquor license; so that hereafter the said Section
13.107 shall be and read as follows:
"Section 13.107 - Number of Licenses. There shall be issued
in the Village of Mount Prospect no more than:
(a) Three (3) Class A Licenses
(b) Ten (10) Class B Licenses
(c) Eight (8) Class C Licenses
(d) Two (2) Class D Licenses
(e) One (1) Class E License
(f) One (1) Class M License
(g) One (1) Class V License
(h) Three (3) Class W Licenses"
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by
law.

Liquor licenses existing pursuant to the passage of this proposed Ordinance
will be as follows:
(a) Three (3) Class A Licenses-Butch McGuire's, Kruse's, Wille Liquors;
(b) Ten (10) Class B Licenses-Carson' s Meat'N'Place, Danny's Barn ,Evans
Restaurant, Dover Inn, Flaming Torch, Jake's Pizza, Old Orchard
Country Club, Stril$:ing Cocktail Lounge, Thunderbird Bowl, Ye Old
Town Inn.
(c) Eight (8) Class C Licenses-Busse's Food & Liquor, Buy-Low , Gold
Eagle; Osco, Inc. ,Mt. Prospect Liquors, National Tea, Olsen-Randhurst,
Walgreen's;
(d) Two (2) Class D Licenses-VFW Hall and Prospect Moose Lodge #660;
(e) One (1) Class E License-Prospect Caterers;
(f) One (1) Class M License-Holiday Inn;
(g) One (1) Class V License-National Health Foods Co.; and
(h) Three (3) Class W Licenses-Carl's Pizzeria, jojos Restaurant,
Romance Restaurant & Pizzeria.
