I , I ~ WHEREAS. the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect heretofore 04 September 27. and October 4. 1973. did conduct Public Hearings under Case No. 32-~-' pursuant to proper legal notice; and i !t WHEREAS. the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect has recom- ~ I mended that the zoning of 1-1 (Light Industrial District) be granted; and I ORDINANCE NO. 2483 AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING AS 1-1 PORTIONS OF MAP 39-S OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT 1 ff WHEREAS. the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect havei determined that the best interests of the Village of Mount Prospect will be attained by! the adoption of the Zoning Board of Appeals recommendation on Case No. 32-Z-73 re-I garding the subject property; I NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEESI OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT. COOK COUNTY. ILLINOIS: t SECTION ONE: That Map 39-S of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mount Prosp ct as amended. be and is hereby further amended reclassifying from the R- X District i (Single Family Residential) to the 1-1 District (Light Industrial) the following descri~ec property: I ! ! Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian. in Cook County. Illinois. ALSO That part of vacated Imperial Court extended into Lot 1 of Algonquin- Busse Industrial Park aforesaid. ALSO that part of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 23. Town- ship 41 North.
