ORDINANCE NO. 2510
AN ORDINANCE RENAMING HICKORY AVENUE
IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
i SECTION ONE: That, pursuant to the authority granted to the Village of Mount
11 Prospect under Article VII of the 1970 Illinois Constitution and the Illinois Revised
i I Statutes, Chapter 24, Section 11- 80-19, the name of Hickory Avenue between Haven
II and Lincoln Streets, located in the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 10,
n Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in the Village
!I of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois, be and the same is hereby changed to
II Helena Lane.

II SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
11 its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
