ORDINANCE NO. 2540
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13.107
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
, OF MOUNT PROSPECT ~ COOK COUNTY ~ ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 13.107 of the Municipal Code of Mount Prospect of
1957 ~ as amended ~ be and the same is hereby further amended to increase the
number of Class L licenses by one (1); so that hereafter the said Section 13.107
shall be and read as follows:
"SECTION 13.107. Nurrber of Licenses. There shall be issued in the
Village of Mount Prospect no more than:
(a) Five (5)
(b) Nine (9)
(c) Seven (7)
(d) Two (2)
(e) One (1)
(f) Three (3)
(g) One (1)
(h) Two (2)
(i) One (1)
(j) Two (2)
Class A Licenses
Class B Licenses
Class C Licenses
Class D Licenses
Class E License
Class L Licenses
Class M License
Class R Licenses
Class V License
Class W Licenses"
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
