AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13.107
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
ITSECTION 13.107. Number of Licenses. There shall be issued in the
Village of Mount Prospect no more than:

il SECTION ONE: That Section 13.107 of the Municipal Code of Mount Prospect of
i I 1957, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended to increase the

II number of Class R licenses by one; so that hereafter the said Section 13.107

II shall be and read as follows:
