ORDINANCE NO. 2564
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13.107
OF THE MUNfCIPALCODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VIL~
LAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 13.107 of the Municipal Code of Mount
Prospect of 1957, as amended, be and the same is hereby further
amended to increase the number of Class B Licenses by two(Z);
and the number of Class W licenses by one (1); so that hereafter
the said Section 13.107 shall be and read as follows:
IISECTION 13.107. Number of Licenses. There shall be issued
in the Village of Mount Prospect no more than:

I SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication in
the manner provided by law.
