ORDIN1-u\JCE OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUN'T PROSPECT
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did
heretofore conduct public hearing lliider Case No. 6-Z-75 at the hour
of 8:00 p.m. on ~farch 27, 1975, pursuant to a request for a zoning cla~sifi-
cation change from R- X (Single Family Residence) District to R-l '(Single
Family Residence) District of certain property hereinafter described; and
1\1-IEREA.S, a notice of the aforesaid public hearing "was made in the man1!.er
provided by 1m; and published in the March 11, 1975, edition of the ne\'.'sp3.per
of general circulation Ivithin the Village of Mow1t Prospect; and
lVlIEREAS, the Zonin:; Board of Appeals has recoTITIllended that the zoning changes
be granted; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board or Trustees of the Village of HOlmt Prospect
have c.eteuuined that the best intel'fsts of the Village of I110unt Prospect will
be attained by the adoption of the Zoning Board or Appeals recoTITIl1endation
under Case No. 6-Z-75 regardll1g the subject property;
NOif, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIl\1ED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF lvDU?\'T PROSPECT, COOK CC'\Ti, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Map ll-S of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of lvlount
Prospect, as amended, be a~d is hereby further amended by reclassifying from
R-X (Single Family Residence) District to R-l (Single Family Residence)
District that land legally described as follows:
The 1Vest 337.71 feet of the South 329.29 reet or Lot 1 In
~\ner's Division, being a subdivision of the Southeast
Quarter (except the YJest half of the Southwest Quarter
thereof) in Section 10, Trn\nship 41 North, Range 11, East
of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the plat
thereof recorded April 1, 1929, as Document 10325102 in
Cook COwity, Illinois.
SECTION TIvo: That Map 11-S contained in SECTION Ol~ of Ordinance No. 2410,
passed and approved March 20, 1973, shall be deemed amended so as to conrorm
with the reclassification of the property herein contained in SECTION O~r
SECTION THREE: That this Ordi.:.iC'...,'1Ce shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
