HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 2571 07/01/1975 II II t ORDINANCE NO. 2571 AN ORDINANCE REZONING MAP 23-S OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT ZONING ORDINANCE WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did conduct a Public Hearing under Case No. 3-Z-75, on April 24, 1975, on a request for a zoning classification change upon annexation from R-X (Single Family Residential District) to R-l (Single Family Residential District) of cer.tain property hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, a notice of the aforesaid Public Hearing was made and published in the manner provided by law; and WHEREAS, the Building Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect did meet on June 11, 1975, and did review Case No. 3-Z-75; and WHEREAS, the Building Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect has recommended to the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect that the zoning classification requested therein be granted upon annexa- tion of the subject property to the Village of Mount Prospect; and I I I I II I. I I II II II II II WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect have determined that the best interests of the Village of Mount Prospect *tll be attained by the adoption of the following Ordinance regarding the subject property; NOW,~THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY~ ILLINOiS: SECTION ONE: That Map 23-S of the Zoning Ordinance of the Villag of Mount Prospect, as amended, be and is hereby fur.ther amended by reclassifying from R-X (Single Family Residential District) to R-l (Single Family Residential District) the following des- cribed property: . Lots 1 and 21 in Busse Country Estates, being a resubdivisio of the West 25 acres of that part of the West Half (1/2) of the Northwest quarter (1/4) of Section 14, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Printipal Meridian lying North of Seegerls Road in Cook County, Illinois. SECTION TWO: That Map 23-S contained in SECTION ONE of Ordinance No. 2410, passed and approved March 20, 1973, shall be deemed amended so as to conform with the reclassification of the subject property herein contained in SECTION ONE above. SECTION THREE: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
