AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT

Em IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
I
SECTION ONE: That the standing, stopping, and parking of vehicles be and the
ijame is hereby prohibited at all times on River Road and on Kensington Road in
t;~e following loca:tions:
On both the east side and west side of River Road between a point
250 feet north of the north line of Kensington Road and a point 250
feet south of the south line of Kensington Road; and
On both the north and south side of Kensington Road between a
point 250 feet west of the west line of River Road and the said
west line of River Road.
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
~fter its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
