I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE

I S'~CTION ONE: That, pursuant to the power and authority given Horne Rule units

I in At,ticle VII of the 1970 Constitution of the State of Illinois, Section 24.506 of the IVh, i-
cbal Code of Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended, be and the same is hereby further
amended regarding an increase in the number of the uniformed fire a..T1d police guard
at public gatherings; so that hereafter the said Section 24.506 shall be and read as
II follows:
I "SECTION 24.506. Uniformed Fire and Police Guard. Any : rm ,
I person, or corr'oration conducting, promoting, calling for, or
I managing any gathering in any premises shall provide the follow-
ing uniformed fire and police guards consisting of l\lount Prospect
personnel, as determined by the Chief of the Fire Prevention Bureau
or his duly authorized representative.
