AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING THREE LOTS
GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE
NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE
MOUNT PROSPECT COUNTRY CLUB GOLF COURSE

'{HEREAS, the land hereinafter described is both contiguous to the Village of Mount
I rospect and wholly bounded on all sides by the Village of Mount Prospect; and
'lHEREAS, the said territory is not presently within the boundaries of any munici-
t'ality; and

iHEREAS, the said property comprises less than sixty (60) acres; and
,'HEREAS, the Illinois Revised Statutes, Chapter 24, Section 7-1-13 provides for
jhe annexation of such territory by the Village upon passage of an Ordinance pur-
l uant thereto; and

IHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect,
ook County, Illinois, find and believe it to be in the best interests of the Village
. Mount Prospect that said land and territory be annexed thereto;
The South 253 feet of the West 125 feet of the East 358 feet of the
Northwest Quarter (D of the Northwest Quarter cn of the South-
west Quarter CD of Section 11, Township 41 North, Range 11 East
of the Third Principal Meridian,
together with
The South 11 feet of Lot 4 and all of Lots 5 and 6 in Willson and
Florence's Country Club Subdivision of the East 233 feet (as mea-
sured on the North line) of the Northwest Quarter cn of the North-
west Quarter (;D of the Southwest Quarter cn of Section 11, Town-
ship 41 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian,

All of the 33 foot public street lying East of and adjoining the afore-
said South 11 feet of Lot 4 and all of Lots 5 and 6 and the public
street, being the South 33 feet of the East 233 of the Northwest Quar-
ter (D of the Northwest Quarter (1) of the Southwest Quarter (!) of
Section 11, Township 41 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal
Meridian, all in Cook County, Illinois,

ect, is wholly surrounded by the Village of Mount Prospect, and comprises 2.03 ac es

ECTION TWO: That Map 13-S contained in SECTION ONE of Ordinance No. 2410,
assed and approved March 20, 1973, be amended to reflect the extension of the
I orporate limits of the Village of Mount Prospect to include the property herein-
bove described and hereby annexed.
ECTION THREE: That the Village Clerk of the Village of Mount Prospect is hereby
irected to file in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois, a certi
· Ied copy of this Ordinance, together with an accurate map of the territory annexed.
'ECTION FOUR: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
ts passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
