ORDINANCE NO. 2612
AN ORDINANCE REDUCING THE NUMBER OF CLASS B
LIQUOR LICENSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 13.107 of the Municipal Code of Mount Prospect of
1957, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by decreasing the
number of Class B licenses by one (1); so that hereafter the said Section 13.107
shall be and read as follows:
"SECTION 13.107. Number of Licenses. There shall be issued in the
Village of Mount Prospect no more than:
(a) Five (5)
(b) Eleven (11)
(c) Seven (7)
(d) Two (2)
(e) One (1)
(f) Three (3)
(g) One (1)
(h) Four (4)
(i) One (1)
(j) Four (4)
Class A Licenses
Class B Licenses
Class C Licenses
Class D Licenses
Class E License
Class L Licenses
Class M License
Class R Licenses
Class V License
Class W Licenses !l
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full for'ce and effect from and
after its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
