WHEREAS. the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did conduct ~
a public hearing on the 26th day of February, 1976. at the hour of 8: 00 p.m. , in the 1
Mount Prospect Public Safety Building. pursuant to proper legal notice, and did 1
hear Case No. 6-Z-76 on a request to rezone certain property hereinafter described il
from R-1 (Single Family Residence) District to B-3 (Business-Retail & Service) i
District; and ~

WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect has deter- ~I!'
mined that the zoning change in that area would in no way be detrimental to the Vil-
lage of ~10unt Prospect and has recommende~ to the Pre.s~der:t and Board of Trusteesl
of the VIllage of Mount Prospect that the zonmg reclaSSIfICatIOn requested under Ii
Case No. 6-Z-76 be granted; and I

SECTION ONE: That Map 6]:-.; of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mount prosP2ft,
as amended. be and is hereby further amended by reclassifying from R-l (Single ·
Family Residence) District to B-3 (Business-Retail & Service) District the follow in 2' .

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MAP 6N OF THE
ZONING ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect
have determined that the best interests of the Village of Mount Prospect will be at-
tained by the adoption of the Zoning Board of Appeals recommendation in said Case
No. 6-Z-76 regarding the subject property;
The west 70 feet of Lots One to Nine inclusive in Block Three (3) in
the Ernst Busse Addition to Mount Prospect. a Subdivision of the
South 543 feet of the East Half (D of the Southwest Quarter (D in
Section 34. Township 42 North, Range 11, East of the Third Princi-
pal Meridian. in Cook County, Illinois.

SECTION TWO: That Map 6N contained in SECTION ONE of Ordinance No. 2410, "
passed and approved March 20, 1973, shall be deemed amended so as to conform i
with the reclassification of the subject property herein contained in SECTION ONE !
above. . i
