WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect has deter- ~I!' mined that the zoning change in that area would in no way be detrimental to the Vil- lage of ~10unt Prospect and has recommende~ to the Pre.s~der:t and Board of Trusteesl of the VIllage of Mount Prospect that the zonmg reclaSSIfICatIOn requested under Ii Case No. 6-Z-76 be granted; and I ! ,i ! ~ l ~ i , H l ~ " NOIV, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEE$ OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: ( :1 " ~ 'A SECTION ONE: That Map 6]:-.; of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mount prosP2ft, as amended. be and is hereby further amended by reclassifying from R-l (Single · Family Residence) District to B-3 (Business-Retail & Service) District the follow in 2' . ~ I described property: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MAP 6N OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect have determined that the best interests of the Village of Mount Prospect will be at- tained by the adoption of the Zoning Board of Appeals recommendation in said Case No. 6-Z-76 regarding the subject property; The west 70 feet of Lots One to Nine inclusive in Block Three (3) in the Ernst Busse Addition to Mount Prospect. a Subdivision of the South 543 feet of the East Half (D of the Southwest Quarter (D in Section 34.
