I Ii p liwHEREAS, the land hereinafter described is contiguous to the Village of Mount Ilprospect and is dedicated for street purposes under the jurisdiction of the Wheel- I ing Township Highway Department; and n II !IWHEREAS, the said territory is not presently within the boundaries of any munici- I!Pality; and !IWHEREAS, Section 7-1-10 of Chapter 24 of the Illinois Revised Statutes provide for lithe annexation of such territory by the Village of Mount Prospect upon passage of Jan ordinance pursuant thereto; and liwHEREAS , the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect ilfind and believe it to be in the best interests of the Village of Mount Prospect that IISaid land and territory be annexed to the Village of Mount Prospect; q !
