HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 2644 07/20/1976 _-',"C:Il.""",,-_ ORDINANCE NO. 2644 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A FRONT YARD VARIATION TO PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF CENTRAL ROAD AND PINE STREET WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did meet on the 27th day of May, 1976, at the hour of 8: 00 p.m., at the Public Safety Building and did hear Case No. 23-V-76, pursuant to proper legal notice; and " WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did hear I this request to allow the petitioner a variation from the setback requirements of I the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mount Prospect as. set forth in Section 14 .n02IA. ili~~. ~ R i ~ WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did recomm~nd to the Building Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect I the approval of this request under Case No. 23-V-76; and I I , ! WHEREAS, the Building Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect did conduct a public hearing on July 8, 1976, and did review the recom- mendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals in Case No. 23-V-76; and WHEREAS, the Building Committee of the Board of Trustees of ilie Village of Mount Prospect have recommended that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect concur in the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals under said Case No. 23-V-76; and SECTION ONE: That the property being the subject matter of Case No. 23-V-76, being legally described as follows: i I I i WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect havel reviewed the matter herein and have determined that the same is in the best interest~ of the Village of Mount Prospect; " I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEESI OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: I " I I I !
