tHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did hold a puJ-
~c hearing on the 26th day of August, 1976, at the hour of 8: 00 p.m., in the Public SJev.
$uilding, and did hear Case No. 42-V-76, pursuant to proper legal notice; and -l

#HEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect heard testimO~Y
mresented under said Case No. 42-V-76 pertaining to a request to amend Ordinance No!.
~i634 to eliminate the requirement that a stairway and exit be added to the second floor!

~p the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect the approval ofll

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES I

$ECTION ONE: That SECTION ONE of Ordinance No. 2634 be amended in entirety; so I
1rat hereafter the said SECTION ONE of Ordinance No. 2434 shall be and read as fOll01:

" TWO hereinbelow is conditioned upon and shall be valid and effective only I
