NvHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did hold a I
lPublic hearing on the 26th day of August, 1976, at the hour of 8: 00 p.m. , in the Pub-!
!~c Safety Building, and did hear Case No. 47-SU-76, pursuant to proper legal notice; I

.'.'.....w.'.'.'..... HEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect heard testimOf' Y
,ipresented under said Case No. 47-SU-76 pertaining to a request to amend subsection
lbf Section One of Ordinance No. 2636 to provide that the special use heretofore grante
!pnder said Ordinance No. 2636 shall not run with the land, but shall be limited to tha
!period of time wherein the subject property is owned, operated, and maintained as a I
I~enior citizen facility; and I

I~HEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did recommerld
!~o the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect the approval of
l~his request under said Case No. 47-SU-76; and I
