"I L q n 'I , H CTION THREE: That the Director of Building and Zoning of the Village of Mount spect is hereby authorized to issue a building permit for construction in accord- ce with the variation hereinabove mentioned. CTION FOUR: That the variation granted by this Ordinance shall be null and void d of no force and effect whatsoever unless an application for a building permit pur- s ant to such variation is made and construction commenced within one (1) year of the ~ate this said Ordinance becomes effective.
