I AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13.107
II OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
II BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:

I SECTION ONE: That Section 13.107 of the Municipal Code of Mount Prospect of
11957, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by decreasing the
I number of Class V licenses by one (1), by increasing the number of Class R Ii-
I censes by one (1), and by decreasing the number of Class W licenses by one (1);
I so that hereafter the said Section 13.107 shall be and read as follows:
