ORDINANCE NO. 2679
AN ORDINANCE DECREASING THE NUMBER OF
CLASS "C" LIQUOR LICENSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:

SECTION ONE: That Section 13.107 of the Municipal Code of Mount Prospect of 195' ,
as amended be and the same is hereby further amended by decreasing the number f
Class "C" licenses by one (1); so that hereafter the said Section 13.107 shall be an1
read as follows: I

SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
