I AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13.107 OF THE
I' MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
LE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
~F MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:

ECTION ONE: That Section 13.107 of the Municipal Code of Mount Prospect of 1957,/
s amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by increasing the number ot
lass R liquor licenses by one (1); so that hereafter the said Section 13.107 shell be I
nd read as follows: !
ORDINANCE NO. 2682
" SECTION 13.107. Number of Licenses. There shall be issued in the
Village of Mount Prospect no more than:
(a) Five (5) Class A Licenses
(b) Twelve (12) Class B Licenses
(c) Seven (7) Class C Licenses
(d) Two (2) Class D Licenses
(e) None Class E License
(f) Two (2) Class L Licenses
(g) One (1) Class IV[ License

(i) None Class V License
(j) Three (3) Class W Licenses "
ECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect frol11 and after
s passag'e, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
