SECTION ONE: That, pursuant to the authority vested in the Board of Trustees of I

he Village of Mount Prospect under Article VII of the 1970 Illinois Constitution, para,'
graph 2 of subsection C of Section 17.103 of the Municipal Code of Mount Prospect of
1957, as amended, be and the same is hereby amended in its entirety by elimbating
herefrom any fees for privately owned non-commercial vacation campers or boat
railers or other recreational vehicles; so that hereafter the said paragraph 2 of sub4
ection C of Section 17.103 shall be and read as follows: i
