ORDINANCE NO. 2688
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 18.413 of the Municipal Code of Mount Prospect of
1957, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by increasing the
fee charged for traffic accident reports recorded by the Mount Prospect Police De-
partment from Three Dollars ($3) to Five Dollars ($5) for each such copy; so that
hereafter the said Section 18.413 shall be and read as follows:
"
Section 18.413. Furnishing Copies -- Fees. The Department may fur-
nish copies of any traffic accident report that has been recorded by the
Mount Prospect Police and shall be paid a fee of Five Dollars ($5) for each
such copy. "
I SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall he in full force and effect from and after i
I its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law. !
