AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MAP 31--S OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT

WHEREAS. the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did I
conduct a public hearing under Case No. 52-SU-76 on September 2. 1976. on I
a request for a zoning classification change from R-X (Single Family Residencej
District) to R-4 (Residential Development District) of certain property hereinaft r
described: and i
WHEREAS, a notice of the aforesaid public hearing was made and published in II
the manner provided by law; and

WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prosped
have determined that the best interests of the Village of Mount Prospect will be I
attained by the adoption of the following Ordinance regarding the subject prope1'ty

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF

The East 151. 05 feet of the West 585,25 Feet (measured along
a line parallel with the North LIne) of Lot 2 (except the
North 703.70 feet thereof, and except that part taken for
Algonquin Road) in Edward Busse's division of part of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 15 and the Northeast Quarter
of Section 22, Township 41 North, Range 11 East of the Third
Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois.

SECTION TWO: That Map 31-S contained in SECTION ONE of Ordinance 2410.:1
passed and approved March 20, 1973, shall be deemed amended so as to conforp
with the reclassification of the subject property herein contained in SECTION ONE
above. I
SECTION THREE: That this Ordinance shall be null and void and of no force I
and effect whatsoever until after its passage, approval, publication. and such J
time as an accurate plat resubdividing the said parcel described in SECTION 0 IE

hereinabove is recorded with the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County. Illinois; 1
copy of which plat of resubdivision shall be attached hereto and hereby made
part hereof.
