IX. CONSENT AGENDA * All items listed with an asterisk are considered routine by the Village Board and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of those items unless a Board member, or resident from the audience so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda. X. OLD BUSINESS * nd A. 2 reading of AN ORDINANCE RESERVING VOLUME CAP IN CONNECTION (EXHIBIT A) WITH PRIVATE ACTIVITY BOND ISSUES AND RELATED MATTERS. This ordinance authorizes the Village to reserve its 2006 private activity bond volume cap for future use. XI. NEW BUSINESS A. A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF EDOC MAKING APPLICATION FOR COOK (EXHIBIT B) COUNTY CLASS 6B TAX ABATEMENT FOR 555 BUSINESS CENTER DRIVE, MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS This resolution authorizes the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect to support and consent to the application of eDOC for a Class 6B Real Property Classification for property located at 555 Business Center Drive. * B. A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2006 OFFICIAL ZONING MAP FOR THE (EXHIBIT C) VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS This resolution authorizes the adoption of the 2006 Official Zoning Map to reflect changes approved within the previous year. * C. A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3-05 DESIGNATING PERSONS TO BE EXEMPT FROM MOUNT PROSPECT MOTOR VEHICLE FEES (EXHIBIT D) This resolution adds the Audit Committee to the persons to receive a Mount Prospect motor vehicle sticker without payment in recognition of their public service. XII. VILLAGE MANAGER’S REPORT A. Request to accept bid for 2006 Street Resurfacing Program (not to exceed $2,244,000) XIII. OTHER BUSINESS XIV. CLOSED SESSION LAND ACQUISITION 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (5) - The purchase or lease of real property for the use of the public body, including meetings held for the purpose of discussing whether a particular parcel should be acquired.
