Ii \: !i 'I II J1 " " II ORDINANCE NO. -2-7...1L ii 11 Ii II I, . 11 . i II\VHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did conduct I!a public hearing on the 24th day of February, 1977 and the 24th day of March, 1977 ~ II i nat the hour of 8: 00 P.M., at the Public Safety Boardroom, and did hear Case I , , liNo. 5-V-77, pursuant to proper legal notice; and I II Ij jilwHEREAS, the Zoning' Board of Appeals of the Village of l\lount Prospect did hear I,this request for a front yard variation to allow the petitioner to construct a sing'le-- [Ifamily residence to within twelve feet (12') of the property line adjacent to liHenry Street on the lot legally described hereinbelow; and I; ! ii I IIWHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did recom-I limend to the Building Committee of the Board of Truste~s of the Village of Mount I IIProspect the approval of this request under Case No. 5-V-77; and I) liWHEREAS, the Building Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of i[Mount Prospect did meet on June 6, 1977, and did review the recommendations Ilof the Zoning Board of Appeals in Case No. 5-V-77; and ij I' IlwHEREAS, the Building Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of jllVIount Prospect have recommended that the Board of Trustees of the Village of ilMount Prospect concur in the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals iiunder said Case No. 5-V-77; and jl . AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A FRONT YARD VARIATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF HENRY STREET AND MAPLE STREET That the yard abutting the frontmost lot line of the subject property adjacent to Henry Street be reduced to twelve feet (1.2'), as shown upon the survey attached hereto and hereby Ii Ii II Ii Ii Ii II II Code shall be applicable except the variation noted in SECTION ONE heretofore II mentioned. I, II ii SECTION THHEE: That the Director of Building and Zoning of the Village of Ii l\'lount Prospect is hereby authorized to issue a building permit for construction II in accordance with the variation hereinbefore mentioned. Ii SECTION FOUR: That the variation granted by this ordinance shall be null II and void and or" no force and effect whatsoever unless an application for a Ii building permit pursuant to such variations is made and construction commenced i I within one (1) year of the date this said Ordinance becomes effective.
