I VHEREAS, the Villag'c of Mount Prospcct has been experiencing water shortages; anJ

ji nIEREAS, water recycling devices located at automobile washing facilities will
i greatly aid water conservation; and

I~VHEREAS. the President and the Board of Trustees of the Village of l\Iount Prospect
11ave reviewed the matter herein and have determined that the same is in the best

II.ECTION ONE: That Sub-paragraph c, of Sub-paragraph 2. of Subsection B, of
, ection 21.105 of the Municipal Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, be and the I

facilities and submitted for approval of the adminis-
trative authority.'
