II WHEREAS. the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect
Ii did conduct a public hearing on the 24th day of March. 1977. at the
II hour of 8: 00 o'clock p.m. at the Public Safety Board Room. 112 East
I Northwest Highway, Mount Prospect, Illinois. concerning a petition by
I. Randhurst Corporation to expand a special use permit presently in exist-
ence to permit an additional auditorium to be constructed in the indoor
Ii theater currently located on the land commonly known as Randhurst
II Shopping Center: and

II WHEREAS. the Building' Committee of the Board of Trustees. of the Village
III of Mount Prospect did meet on June 6, 1977 and did review the re-
II commendation of the Zoning Board Appeals Case No. ZBA-8-SU-77; and
II WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount
II Prospect have considered the recommendations of said Board of Appeals
II and believe that a special use permit as requested should be granted for
Ilsaid real estate.
III NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT OR.DAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
I TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT. COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:

I SECTION ONE: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 991 be and the S81ne is
I hereby amended to expand the legal description contained therein to in-
clude the land and territory necessary for the addition of one auditorium
to the existing theater building; so that hereafter the legal description
contained in the aforesaid Section 1 on Ordinance No. 991 shall be and
read as follows:

"That part of the West 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of
Section 27. Township 42 North, Range 11, East
of the Third Principle Meridian bounded by a line
described as follows: Commencing at a point on
the North line of the West 1/2 of the Southeast
1/4 976.40 ft. East of the Northwest corner thereof;
thence South parallel with the West line of the
West 1/2 of said Southeast 1/4 169.50 ft. for a place
of beginning; thence continuing South along said
parallel line 147 ft. to a point of curve; thence
South and East along a curved line, tal1gent with
the last described lie convex to the Southwest and
having a radius of 35 ft. 54.98 ft., arc measure;
thence East tangent with the last described curved
line, 66 ft.;, . thence North parallel with the West
line of the t~est 1/2 of said Southeast 1/4. 182 ft.;
thence West 101 ft. to the place of beginning. Tl
