ORDINANCE NO. 2731
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MAP I-AS OF THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did
conduct a P'lblic Hearing under Case No. ZBA-25-Z-77, on July 13, 1977,
on a request for a zoning classification change from R-X (Single Family Resi-
dential District) to R-l (Single Family Residential District) of certain property
hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, a notice of the aforesaid Public Hearing was made and published :in
the manner provided by law; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of :Mount Prospect
have determined that the best interests of the Village of Mount Prospect will be
attained by the adoption of the following Ordinance regarding the subject pro-
perty;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.:
SECTION ONE: That Map I-AS of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mount
Prospect, as amended, be and is hereby further amended by reclassifying from
R-X (Single Family Residential District) to R-l (Single Family Residential
District) the following described property:
The West 132.30 feet of the East 165.3 feet of the North
76 feet of the South 250 feet, as measured on the South
and West lines of the West! of the Southeast! of the
Southeast i of the Northwest -! of Section 10, Town-
ship 41 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal
Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois;
SECTION TWO: That Map I-AS contained in SECTION ONE of Ordinance
~fO:-2410, passed and approved March 20 t 1973, shaH be deemed ~.l1ended
so as to conform with the reclassification of the subject property herein
in SECTION ONE above.
SECTION THREE: That this Ordinance shall be null and void and of no
force and effect whatsoever until after its passage, approval, publicatiCJl1 p
and such time as an accurate plat annexing the subject property descl'ibed
in SECTION ONE above is recorded with the Recorder of Deeds of Cook
County, Illinois, a copy of which Plat of Annexation shaH be attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
