AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 ENTITLED
'TRAFFIC CODE' OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Article XIV of Chapter 18 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as
amended, is hereby further amended by deleting Section 18.1404 entitled "Age Limit" and
substituting therefor "Reserved"; so that hereafter said Section 18.1404 shall be and read as
follows:
"Sec. 18.t404. Reserved. '°
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.

NAYS: None
ABSENT: Hendricks
