HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 2739 09/06/1977 II I I II "II 11'.i I II I i i I, ,',i I Ii I~HEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did conduct II~a public hearing on the 28th day of April, 1977 t at the hour of 8: 00 P.M. , at the ublic Safety Boardroom, and did hear Case No. 12- V -77 , pursuant to proper legal otice; and ~HEREAS t the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did hear ~his request for a front yard variation to allow the petitioner to ccnstruct a single- Ifamily residence to within sixteen feet (16') of the property line adjacent to Milburn !Avenue on the lot legally described hereinbelow; and I ORDINANCE NO. 2739 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A FRONT YARD VARIATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF MILBURN AVENUE AND MOUNT PROSPECT ROAD VHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did recom- end to the Building Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount rospect the approval of this request under Case No. 12-V-77; and I i OW t THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES I F THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY t ILLINOIS: I I I I I I Ii I Lot 13 in Block 15 in the Subdivision of Blocks 15 t 16, 24 and 25 in Busse's Eastern Addition to Mount Prospect in the East 1/2 of Section 12 t Township 41 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian t in Cook County, Illinois, I . s currently zoned under the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of 1\10unt Prospect I as R-l (Single Family Residence) District t which zoning classification shall re- Ilmain in effect subject to the variation granted herein: Ii That the yard abutting the frontmost lot line of the subject property j adjacent to Milburn Avenue be reduced to sixteen feet (16'), as shown I upon the survey attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof as I Exhibit I. i i IIISECTION TWO: That all requirements of the Mount Prospect Building and Zoning I Code shall be applicable except the variation noted in SECTION ONE heretofore I mentioned.
