OR.DINANCE NO. 2344 AND ORDINANCE NO. 2~78.
PROVIDING AN AMENDED SITE PLAN FOR THAT
PLA.NNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTIES
COMMONLY KNOWN AS HUNTINGTON ESTATES

That part of I~ot 1 in Kenroy's Huntington. being a Subdivision of part of
the East 1/2 of Section 14. Township 41 North. Range 11. East of the
Third Principal Meridian. described as follows: Commencing at the point
of intersection of the West line of said Lot 1 (being the West line of the

with the aforesaid North line of Lot 1. said point of intersection being
5.266 feet West of the aforesaid point of commencement;
Thence South 88 degrees 59 minutes 01 seconds West. 675.991 feet. along'
the aforesaid North line of Lot 1. to the point of intersection with a line
drawn North 13 degrees 01 minutes 00 seconds West through the here-

WHEREAS. the Zoning Boa.rd of Appeals of the Villag'e of Mount Prospect did X'02.com-
mend to the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of IVlount P i'ospect that
the zoning changes requested in Case No. 32-V-77 be granted; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of l'donnt Prospect !
have determined that the best interests of the Village of Mount Prosp,~ct will be I
attained by the adoption of the following Ordinance regarding the subject property; I

NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEE~
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT. COOK COUNTY. ILLINOIS:
~ECTION ONE: That Exhibit II of an Annexation Agreement between LaSalle
National Bank. as Trustee and Owner. and the Village of Mount Prospect. which
I Annexation Agreement is atta~hed as Exhibit B t6 Ordinance No. 2278 under
SECTION TWO of said Ordinance No. 2278. passed and approved December 22,1970;
attached as Exhibit f:. to Ordinance No. 2344 under SECTION ONE of said Ordina.nce
No. 2344. passed and approved March 21, 1972; and attached as Exhibit 'l' to
Ordinance No. 2414 under SECTION ONE of said Ordinance No. 2414.., passed and
approved April 19. 1973.. be and the same are hereby amended by substituting"
an entirely new Exhibit therefor; which substituted Exhibit is attached hereto and
made a pa.rt hereof as Exhibit Q.
