AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 ENTITLED
'TRAFFIC CODE' OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 18.2004.A of "Schedule IV - Stop and Yield Signs" of
Chapter 18 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, is hereby further
amended by deleting "Aztec Ln - Eastbound - Burning Bush Ln", "Seneca Ln -
Westbound - Aztec Ln" and "Seneca Ln o East and Westbound - Burning Bush Ln.".
SECTION TWO: That Section 18.2004.A of "Schedule IV - Stop and Yield Signs" of
Chapter 18 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, is hereby further
amended by adding in proper alphabetical sequence "Oneida Ln. - Eastbound - Burning
Bush Ln." and "Seneca Ln. - Westbound - Burning Bush Ln"; so that hereafter said
Section 18.2004.A of the Village Code of Mount Prospect shall include the following:
"Name of Direction of
Street Traffic Movement At Intersection With
Oneida Ln Eastbound Burning Bush Ln
Seneca Ln Westbound Burning Bush Ln "
SECTION THREE: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.

NAYS: None
ABSENT: None
