ORDINANCE NO. 2751
AN ORDINANCE Al'vlENDING l\IA.P 36-8 OF THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did conduct
a public hearing under Case No. 39'-V--7'l, on the 25th day of August~~977, on a
request for a zoning classification change from R-X (Single Family Residential
District) to B-4 (Business-Retail and Service District) of certain property her.?in-
after described; and
WHEREAS, a notice of the aforesaid public hearing was made and published in the
manner provided by law; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Villag'e of Mount Prospect has recom-
mended to the President and Board of Trustet-}s of the Village of Mount Prospeet that
the petitioner's request under said Case No. 39-V--77 be granted; and
VHEREAS, the Building Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount
IProspect has reviewed the matter herein and has recommended the approval thCl'E'of
~o the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect; and
lHEREAS. the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect have
kletermined that the best interests of the Village of Mount Prospect will be attained byl
~he adoption of the following Ordinance regarding the subject property; I

TOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES

ECTION ONE: That Map 36-8 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mount p:;:'ospkct
es amended, be and the same is hereby further an1-ended by reclassifying frc'ffi H -- X I
