ORDINANCE NO. 4819
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DONATION OF
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
WHEREAS, the development of the Kensington Center for Business is near
completion and the common areas have been turned over to the Kensington Center
for Business Park Owners Association; and
VVHEREAS, the developer of Kensington Center for Business, Rauenhorst
Corporation, is desirous of donating two small parcels of land that have no useful
purpose to the Kensington Center for Business Park Owners Association; and
VVHEREAS, the Village of Mount Prospect has ~greed to accept the donation of the
two parcels of land, as legally described as
Out Lot 11 in Kensington Center Phase One, being s subdivision in the
East 1/2 of Section 34 and the West 1/2 of Section 35, Township 42
North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the
plat thereof recorded October 2, 1979 as Document No. 25173362, in
Cook County, Illinois
and
Out Lot 12 in Kensington Center Phase One, being a subdivision in the
East 1/2 of Section 34 and the West 1/2 of Section 35, Township 42
North, Range 11 East of the third Principal, according to the plat thereof
recorded October 2, 1979 as Document No. 25173363; and
as shown on the Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and hereby made a
part hereof as Exhibit "1".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS;
SECTION ONE: That the corporate authorities of the Village of Mount Prospect do
hereby accept the donation of the parcels of land legally described as follows:
Out Lot 11 in Kensington Center Phase One, being s subdivision in the
East 1/2 of Section 34 and the West 1/2 of Section 35, Township 42
North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the
plat thereof recorded October 2, 1979 as Document No. 25173362, in
Cook County, Illinois
and
Out Lot 12 in Kensington Center Phase One, being a subdivision in the
East 1/2 of Section 34 and the West 1/2 of Section 35, Township 42
North, Range 11 East of the third Principal, according to the plat thereof
recorded October 2, 1979 as Document No. 25173363

as set forth in the Agreement attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof as
Exhibit "1 ".
SECTION TVVO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
