ORDINANCE NO. 2749
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MOUNT PROSPECT TRAFFIC CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT t COOK COUNTY t ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Schedule IV of Article XX of Chapter 18 (Traffic Code)
of the Municipal Code of the Village of Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended t
be and the same is hereby further amended by amending page 4 thereof
in order to delete the stop sign for eastbound Glenna Lane at Westgate; so
that hereafter the said page 4 of Schedule IV of Article XX of the Traffic
Code shall be and read as follows:

SECTION TWO: 'That Schedule XI of Article XX of Chapter 18 (Traffic Code)
of the Municipal Code of the Village of Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended,
be and the same is hereby further amended by amending page 1 thereof
in order to change two hour parking on Busse Ave. north and south between
Elmhurst and I-aka Aves. to two hour parking on Busse Ave. north and
south between Elmhurst and Hi-Lusi Avenues; to add Evergreen Avenue
north between Elm Street and a point 70 ft. east of Maple Street, Evergreen
Avenue south between I-aka and Hi-Lusi Avenues, and Evergreen Avenue
south between Maple Street and Elm Street; to delete Fairview Ave. east
and west between Henry St. and Northwest Highway, and George Street..
east and west between Northwest Highway and 120 ft. north of Northwest
Highway; so that hereafter the said page 4 of Schedule IV of Article XX of
the Traffic Code shall be and read as follows:

In accordance with Section 18.1320 A, and when signs are erected giving
notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle for more than two (2) hours
on any day except Sundays and legal holidays between the hours of

a point 300 ft. west of Westgate Road; so that hereafter the said page 10f
Schedule VI of Article XX of the Traffic Code shall be and read as follows:

St. ; so that hereafter the said Schedule XII of Article XX of the Traffic Code
shall be and read as follows:
" SCHEDULE XII. Thirty Minute Parking
In accordance with Section 18.1320 B, and when signs are erected giving
notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle for more than thirty (30)
minutes on any day, except Sundays and legal holidays, between the hours
of 7: 00 a.m. and 6: 00 p.m. within the district or upon any of the streets or
parts of streets as follows:
