II AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MAP 9-S OF THE ZONING
II ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
I~HEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did con-
Iduct a public hearing under Case No 0 40-Z-77, on the 22nd day of Septemb(~r,
1197'l, on a request for a zoning classification change from R-2 (Duplex Resi-
idential District) and B-3 (Business-Retail and Service District) to B-4 (Busi-
jnesS-Retail and Service District) of certain property hereinafter described; and
kVHEREAS, a notice of the aforesaid public hearing was made and published in
~he manner provided by law; and

HEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Villag'e of Mount Prospect has
ecommended to the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount
rospect that the petitioner's request under said Case No. 40-Z-77 be granted;
and
~VHEREAS, the Building Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of
~ount Prospect has reviewed the matter herein and has recommended the
r' pproval thereof to the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
110unt Prospect; and

iiwHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Pros-
I~ect have determined that the best interests of the Village of Mount Prospect 'will
I'~e attained by the adoption of the following Ordinance regarding the subject i

If' OW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEESI.
F THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: i

ECTION ONE: That Map 9-S of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mount
rospect, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by reclassify--
POng from R-2 (Duplex Residential District) to B-4 (Business-R.etail and Service
I istrict) the following described property:

Ii Lots 22 and 23, both inclusive. in Block 20 in Mount Prospect. being
I' a Subdivision of part of the Northwest quarter and part of the North-
i east quarter of Section 12. Township 41 North. Range 11 East of th.e
I i Third Principal Meridian. in Cook County, Illinois 0
I~ECTION TWO: That Map 9-S of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mount

iprospect. as amended. be and the same is hereby further amended by reclassify-

assed and approved March 20, 1973. shall be deemed amended so as to conform
