ilwHEREAS, regulations of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency
1'1 for grants for construction of sewage treatment works, 40 CFR
II 35 C, require that Regional Administrator determine that the
II Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect have
I, agreed to pay non-grant costs and that the Village of Mount
Ii Prospect has capability to construct, operate, and maintain
II treatment works project C17-2238i

II NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Ii OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
Ii SECTION ONE: That the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village
II of Mount Prospect agree to pay the non-grant costs for project
II C17 2238, which agreement is hereby provided.
I:
il SECTION TWO: That the Village of Mount Prospect provide a
i certificate of the financing which is available or will be
II available for project C17 2238, which certifications is attached
II hereto.

I SECTION THREE: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
I effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner
provided by law.
