1. That the proposed improvement consist of installing a traffic signal together with
necessary changes to pavement, curb, gutters and sidewalks

2. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of Twenty Thousand ------------------------

improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.
