,I~HEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village pf Mount Prospect ·
Ilhave passed and approved Ordinance No. 2342, which set the finances of the
IVi 11 age under the IIBudget Offi cer Systemll; and

I~HEREAS, pursuant to the afor~said Ordinance and the statutes of the State
lIof III inois made and provided, an annual budget shall be passed by the corpo-
drate authorities of the Village of Mount Prospect in lieu of the passage of
Ilany appropriation ordinance; and

IIWHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Vi 11 age of Mount Prospect
lihave held all of the hearings and caused to be made all of the publications
ijand notices required by law; and

IIWHEREAS,.the Mayor and Board o~ Trustees of the Village of Mount ~rospect
!,have revlewed the budget for flscal 1978-79 as presented by the Vl1lage
IIManager and his duly appointed Budget Officer; and

I!WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect
Ilbelieve the aforesaid budget proposed for fiscal 1978-79 to be in the best
liinterests of the Village of Mount Prospect;

IINOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
IIVILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:

I'ISECTION ONE: That the fiscal 1978-79 budget for the Village of Mount
IIllinois, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof as Exhibit A,
lithe same is hereby adopted and approved.

Ii! SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
lafter its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
