HEREAS, the engineering firm of Metcalf & Eddy/Alstot, March &

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
FOR CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES WITH METCALF &.
EDDY/ALSTOT, MARCH & GUILLOU, INC., RELATIVE TO THE
RAND, CENTRAL, MOUNT PROSPECT ROAD IMPROVEMENT
EREAS, this improvement known as F.A.U.S. Project M-5003 (42)
.nd Mount Prospect MFT Section 72-0oo45-00-RP is ready for
ontract letting; and

,HEREAS, it is desirable that the same firm of engineers which
as provided the planning and design phase engineering be retained
o provide construction engineering services for this project.

OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
F THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:

'ECTION ONE: That the Mayor and Village Clerk of the Village of
ount Prospect be duly authorized to execute the agreement on
ehalf of the Village of Mount Prospect and to affix the
orporate seal to said agreement, a copy of which is attached
ereto as Exhibit A.

ECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
ffect from and after its passage and approval in the manner
rovided by law.
