BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the propooed improvement consist of excavating and grading for widening of Westgate
Road with 8" BAM Base Course and 1" Bituminous Concrete Surface Course,
Class 1, 1" Bituminous Concrete Binder Course together with Type M-6.12
Curb & Gutter, 38' Back to Back with other necessary drainage structures as
shown on plans.

2. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of Four Hundred Thousand and 00/000--------------
