RESOLUTION NO. 26-79
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES IN CONNECTION
WITH APPLICATIONS FOR AND ISSUANCE OF
INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL REVENUE BONDS
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2925 passed and approved by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect on July 17, 1979, authorizes
the Village of Mount Prospect to issue industrial and commercial revenue bonds; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2929 passed and approved by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect on August 7, 1979, establishes
procedures and authorizes the Village to establish fees for processing applications
for industrial and commercial revenue bonds and fees for issuance of industrial
and commercial revenue bonds; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: The fee for the processing of applications for industrial and
commercial revenue bonds shall be Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).
SECTION TWO: The fee for issuance of industrial and commercial revenue bonds
by the Village of Mount Prospect shall be One and One-Q.uarter Percent (H%)
for the first Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) issued plus One Percent (1%) for
any amounts in excess of Two Million Dollars ($2.000.000.00).
SECTION THREE: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
