RESOLUTION NO. 40-79
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR THE
EXCHANGE OF REAL ESTATE WITH THE BOARD
OF LIBRARY DIRECTORS OF THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT
WHEREAS, the Village of Mount Prospect and the Board of
Directors of the Village of Mount Prospect previously
authorized the exchange of properties between the village
of Mount Prospect and the Board of Library Directors of
the Village of Mount Prospect;
WHEREAS, the Agreement for the Exchange of Real Estate
attached hereto as Exhibit A memorializes the terms of the
exchange of said properties between the Board of Library
Directors and the Village of Mount Prospect.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT,
COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS as follows:
SECTION ONg: The Village President, be, and she is hereby
authorized to execute and the Village Clerk to attest the
Agreement for the Exchange of Real Estate attached hereto
as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference.
SECTION TWO: This resolution shall be in full force and
effect after its passage and approval in the manner provided
by law.
