OLD BUSINESS * nd A. 2 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5 (BOARDS AND (EXHIBIT A) COMMISSIONS) AND CHAPTER 11 (MERCHANTS, BUSINESSES, OCCUPATIONS AND AMUSEMENTS) OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT This ordinance establishes a Foreign Fire Insurance Tax Board with the purpose of receiving and expending foreign fire insurance tax funds for the maintenance, use and benefit of the Village Fire Department. XI.NEW BUSINESS A. PRESENTATION REGARDING THE CONSTRAINTS OF THE DOWNTOWN TRAFFIC SIGNAL RAILROAD CROSSING CONTROL SYSTEM. Representatives from the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) and their consultant Net Corp will provide information regarding the operation of the system. B. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A RESIDENTIAL (EXHIBIT B) SOLID WASTE CONTRACT WITH ARC DISPOSAL AND RECYLING COMPANY * C. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ELECTED OFFICIALS TO PARTICIPATE IN (EXHIBIT C) * THE ILLINOIS MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT FUND (IMRF). * D.
