T l:t!L~J L !=~_G E ..9_:f 1'10 U N T PRO S P E C T WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did conduct a public hearing under Case No. 15--:':-78. on the 23rd day of March, 1978, on a request for a zoning classi- fi~ation change from R_RX (Single Family Residential District) to R-l (Single Family Residential District) of certain property hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, a notice of the aforesaid public hearing was made and published in the manner provided by law; aud WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of M0unt Prospect has recommended to the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect that the petitioner's request under said Case No. 15-2-78 be granted; and WHEREAS~ the Building Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect has reviewed the matter herein and ha~ recommended the approval thereof to the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the VillagE of gaunt Prospec;tqave Aetermipe~d thatthep.est interests of 1.1"11:.: Village of l1ount~PrGsp ee t,~il'i' be a Eta inedb'yt'h eado p t j;) n (,:;- t~J." following Ordinance regarding the subject property; NGW, THEREFORE.
