ORDINANCE NO.
2805
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 13.107 of Chapter 13 of the Municipal Code of
Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended, be and the same is hereby further
amended, by increasing the number of Class "C" Liquor Licenses by one (1);
so that hereafter the said Section 13.107 of Chapter 13 shall be and read as follows
flSECTION 13.107. Number of Licenses. There shall be issued in the
Village of Mount Prospect no more than:
(a) Six (6)
(b) Fifteen (15)
(c) Seven (7)
Cd) Two (2)
(e) None
(f) Two (2)
(g) One (1)
(h) Eight (8)
(i) None
(j) Thl'ee (3)
Class A Licenses
Class B Licenses
Class C Licenses
Class D Licenses
Class E License
Class L Licenses
Class IV( License
Class R Licenses
Class V License
Class W Licenses II
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
