ORDINANCE NO. 2812 AN ORDINANCE AME:N'DING MAP 46-N OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT HEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect did conduct public hearing under Case No. 43-Z-78, on the 27th day of July, 1978> on a request or a zoning classification change from R-1 (Single Family Residence) District to -4 (Business-Retail and Service) District of certain property hereina.fter described; nd HEREAS, a notice of the aforesaid public hearing was made and published in the anner provided by law; and HEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect has recom.. lended to the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect that he petitioner's request under said Case No. 43-Z-78 be granted; and lHEREAS, the Building Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount rospect has reviewed the matter herein and has recommended the approval thereof o the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect; and -HEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect ave determined that the best interests of the Village of Mount Prospect will be ttained by the adoption of the following Ordinance regarding the subject property; OW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES F THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: ECTION ONE: That Map 46-N of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mount rospect, as amended, be and the same is here by further amended by reclassify:!!! g rom R-1 (Single Family Residence) District to B-4 (Business-Retail and Service) iatrict the following described property: That part of the South 133.5 feet of the North East Quarter (1/4) of Section 25, TownsrJp 42 North, Rang'e 11, East of the Third Principal1VIeridian, lying West of the center line of River Road bounded and described as fonows: Beginning at the intersection of the South line of said North East Quarter (1/4) with the center line of said River Road; thence West on the South line of said North East Quarter (1/4), 101.81 feet to an intersection with the Northerly line of Lake Avenue, said Northerly line of Lake Avenue being Fifty (50) feet Northerly from and parallel with a curved line convex to the Northeast and having a radius of 2864.93 feet, tangent to the South line of said Northeast Quarter (1/ 4) and intersecting the center lin~ of River Roa.d at a point 71.15 feet (measured along said River Road) Southerly from its intersection with the South line of said Northeast Quarter (1/4); thence Westerly on said Northerly line of Lake Avenue 248.36 feet to its intersec- tion with a line drawn at right angles to the South line of said North East Quarter (1/4) from a point 347.56 feet West of the center Ibe of River RoaG; thence North on said line at right angles to the South line of said North 'East Quarter (1/4) 98.22 feet to the North line of the South 133.5 feet of the North East Quarter (1/4); thence East on the North line of said South 133.5 feet. 361.22 feet to the center line of River Road; thence Southerly on the Center line of River Road 134.20 feet more or less to the place of beginning, (Excepting therefrom the West 110.96 feet, as measured along the North Line of the South 133.50 feet of the Northeast Quarter (1/4) of Section 25, Township 42 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian. ECTION TWO: That Map 46-N contained in SECTION ONE of Ordinance No. 410, passed and approved March 20, 1973, shall be deemed am~nded so a.~1 to onform with the reclassification of the subject property herein contained in ECTION ONE above. ECTION THREE: That this Ordinance shall be null and void and of no force and ffect whatsoever until after its passage, approval, and publication, and such time s an accurate plat resubdividing the said parcel described in SECTION ONE he:r.e- nabove is registered with the Registrar of Titles of Cook County, Illinois; H copy f which plat of resubdivision shall be attached hereto and hereby made a part ereof.
